My Name is Leah & I set up Dontquitinthepit_ by myself in April 2022. 

The year 2021 was definitely the hardest out of my 21 years on earth, But when you see new levels of sadness you MUSTTT see new levels of happiness & light. It’s a universal law. As 2021 was a challenging testing year I came out of it feeling Drained, Heavy, Unhealthy, Suffering severely from Acne & hair loss. ,  Shortly after 2021 ended I stepped into this creation, Well spirit delivered it to me! I was in super value in Dun Laoghaire on lunch from my fulltime job & stumbled across the amazing “CARRAGEEN” I was intrigued and bought some & done some research… 

I realised you could turn this stuff into a gel and it had all the benefits I was lacking ! I made my first few batches that were dodgy enough, Soon after I had the perfect product. It had worked to completely clear my Acne, Help with my hair loss & multiple other things such as cured my stomach & gut (Which I desperately suffered with.)I then thought to myself “ I have to share this, I have to sell this” So that’s what I done, I went and found a supplier for our Seamoss & I set up the first Seamoss Gel company in Ireland all by myself at 20 while working full-time ! I set up the page after finding a purpose while being at rock bottom, Hence the name DON’T QUIT IN THE PIT. 

It was not long until people seen this Amazing creation and wanted to copy it! There is now multiple pages in Ireland doing the Gel but none of them match our quality & standard’s, This is something I will 100% stand by, Our jars are created in a sterile kitchen with sterile equipment, The seamoss is hand filtered twice before getting soaked, The seamoss is soaked with crystals for healing properties & Our jars have a clear expiry date displayed, We also have Chemical & Microbiological analytical reports done our Seamoss.
