Returns
- Return requests should be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original condition where applicable.
- Proof of purchase or your order number is required for all return enquiries.
- Opened personal care, skincare, wellness, or hygiene products cannot be returned unless faulty or sent in error.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
- If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
- Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Return Shipping

- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made an error with your order.
Refunds
